Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

Opportunity

Currently we are looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to participate in a day to day maintenance and support of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online environment.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator will be involved in the following tasks:

- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager in the planning and strategy for data consolidation, data flows and integration with 3rd party systems;

- Assist in establishing standards and procedures for migration and conversion of the client data from legacy systems and Excel spreadsheets into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and exporting data into 3rd party systems;

- Prepare raw data for data migration, create data maps; set up and monitor data cleansing and data integration procedures;

- create user permissions, reporting and security procedures, help users with Outlook plug-ins;

- monitor storage capacity, communicate and fix any bugs and report any discrepancies to Microsoft, if necessary;
 
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, as well as the management of the company.

Candidate Qualifications

- 3+ years experience with CRM implementation and administration
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills

Scope of Work

Part-time contract, not to exceed 20 hrs per week, on as needed basis

Compensation

Negotiable hourly rates.

Technology Integration Specialist

Opportunity

Currently we are looking for Technology Integration Specialist to participate in a global membership portal development project.

The Technology Integration Specialist will be involved in the following:

- Study & develop the blueprints for various phases of target architecture of global membership portal;

- Work closely with the Project Manager in the planning and strategy for data consolidation;

- Establish the standards and procedures for migration of the client data from the existing client management systems;

- Establish standards that would address the development process, portal structure, data flow, objects integration, selection of tools, define and delegate responsibilities for the process;

- Orchestrate systems integration, develop business policies and procedures, provide integration with various business applications, carry out data migration from legacy systems;
 
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, as well as the management of the company.

The Candidate 

10+ years of complex Internet portals design & SOA experience are a must.
Experience with Web Design, PHP/MySQL scripting, E-Commerce solutions architecture and WordPress or similar blogging integration experience are a definite asset.
A good understanding of Social Networking concepts is desired.

Qualifications 

Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent.
Internet Portals design Experience or other Similar Technology Implementation Experience.
3+ years of experience in E-Commerce Solutions and WordPress integration or related experience.

Copy Writer

Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada

Opportunity

Currently we are looking for a Copy Writer for our global portal membership project.

The Copy Writer will be involved in the following:

- Developing copy and create marketing content for one of the partners involved in the global portal membership project;

- Create email content, free reports, blog content and public release articles for the company and present all materials to the Management for approval;

- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Webmaster and Virtual Assistant to plan and execute Marketing Campaigns;

- Communicate effectively within the team, with external staff and the management team of partnering organizations.

Qualifications 

Extensive copy writing experience in one or more of the following:

Business Finance, Marketing, Insurance, Investment Planning, Mortgages, Business Coaching, Personal Development, Information Technology and/or Healthcare.

A good understanding of Direct Response, Internet Marketing and Social Networking concepts preferred.
